openoffice spreadsheet questions: disable autocomplete, soft line-break and bugreport

I installed openoffice at work place. My boss say its ok since we seldom need to exchange documents with other departments (MS format export is not reliable), in some complex format. After trying for 2 weeks, I still have some questions about sCalc (1.1.1):

1. How to disable the autocomplete in sCalc? It is very annoying and dangerous in some cases.

2. My boss ask me to line break some texts in Calc like as if we are using word processor. So I just insert some text object. I wonder if it's possible to insert a line break or soft line break as if it's in sWriter.

3. I found a save as html format bug. Where can I report so the future release of OO would be less buggy?
