OpenOffice Macros Compatability with MS Office

Dear All,

I would like to know whether MS Office Macros are
Compatible with OpenOffice Macros and vice versa.
And what is the level of compatability like macros written
in OpenOffice can b viewed in MS office or not and
vice versa.

Thanks In Advance,
Sailaja Bhandaru.
