Openoffice Base 2 beta. How to use MySQL

I need help to make Openoffice's Base 2 Beta connect to a mysql-database. I got unixODBC and myODBC installed.

I am a total and therefore I need a step by step guide. I have not set anything up yet, not even the ODBC-settings. I've just found that they are present using GYUM.

I am using Fedora Core 3.

Please help.
