Open two instancies of kate in one desktop

Hello,

I try to open two instancies of editor Kate loaded with different
files. First I find the files with file handler Dolphin, and then
I start Kate by right clicking my mouse. It is impossible to open
more than 1 file, so I hope someone can give me a hint.

Try Gedit. I've used Kate a few times in the past. Worked well with multiple files I recall.

you can have many many files open at the same time in tabs in kate
and
you can have a few instances of kate open at the same time ( why that is the question)

but having 3 or 4 instances of kate open is and can be VERY!!! confusing

i have no problems with ether
other than having a few editors all open can be very confusing

kate with 48 tabs open ( 48 documents )
