open source flash animation creation utility ?

Hey, I'm looking for an open source utility that will enable me to create flash animations.

Any suggestions?

You do not state the platform, so I guess you mean the incumbent Windows.

there is Flash for Linux at f4l.sf.net, i think maybe Ktoon also supports Flash output?.. don't know...
