open source cpanel type of application?

Is there anything that is like cpanel, but you don't have to pay for it? I rather not make my own if there is already a solution out there.

I checked freshmeat and googled a bit already, and didn't find anything that would fit what I'm looking to do.

Is there a free solution out there?

It was asked before, but the most popular were not mentioned in the resulting thread. ;-)

The two most popular are Virtualmin and ISPConfig.

Virtualmin is the most mature (having been in development for four years, by the author of Webmin), but ISPConfig is also a good light-weight option.
