Open Office year-to-date column

I don't use office apps often and I'm using Open Office to put donations entries into a yearly statement for a non profit organization, and I can't figure out how to do a year-to-date column that will sum each line to the lines before it.

Entry⠀⠀⠀⠀Amount⠀⠀⠀⠀Year to Date
Entry 1⠀⠀⠀$20.00⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀$20.00
Entry 2⠀⠀⠀$10.00⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀$30.00
Entry 3⠀⠀⠀$50.00⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀$80.00
ect ...

How would I accomplish the year-to-date column using a formula, to add the previous year to date and the amount.

You should use something like:

for the first year to date ($20), then double click the lower right corner of the box to fill the others in, I tried it and I got:

year	amount	year to date
year 1	$20.00	$20.00
year 2	$10.00	$30.00
year 3	$50.00	$80.00
