Open Office Sorting by HH:MM:SS DD MMMM YYYY

HI,

I'm just getting into LInux. and so far am really impressed. However, I'm finding OPen Office a bit of a pain. I need to sort a spreadsheet by date in the format HH:MM:SS DD MMMM YYYY. In Excel you have shed loads of date formats to choose from but in OO you only have few. I told it to Custom format the cells with HH:MM:SS DD MMMM YYYY format and then tried to sort it but it only sorted it by time and not date.

What can I do?

Thanks TD

Could you give a sample of the data,
please? I've never seen MMMM in
use before, and wonder what it comes
up with :)

Cheers,
Tink
