The only reason I can imagine for getting a Greek toolbar in OO is that you inadvertently installed the Greek version. I assume the menu items are also in Greek, yes? OO comes in loads of different languages (I mean the interface) and, of course, you can get dictionaries for spell checking in even more languages.
My suggestion would be to uninstall your current version of OO and then reinstall it making sure you have the English version.
