Just a quickie.
In Microsoft word under tools there was an address function which allowed printing addresses on envelopes, is there such a thing in open office and if so how do I access it.

Insert - Envelopes and Labels is I think what you want.

I don't know about Mail Merge, but this certainly allows addresses to be printed on envelopes.
