open a new window from Firefox

Hello,

After my firefox running, when I open another new window from firefox, my home page is opened always. I hope that the current page is showed in the new window. (Or the last page is showed in the new window.) How do I do that? I didn't find it from the configuration.

Edit
-> preference
-> general

defines where any new firefox window opens.

But why do you need to start at the same place?
To save the current window (w/o bookmarking),
startup another tab. I.e., double-click (right and left
click at the same time) any link and firefox will open
a new tab (and you may need to left-click that tab
on the top (but not the very top - an inch down).
The old window stays with the original tab.

I recommend you to download this extension:

http://piro.sakura.ne.jp/xul/tabexte.../index.html.en

This allows you to customise almost anything you ever wanted including how tabs/new windows, history view source etc.

Hello Guys,

Thanks for the reply. And sorry for my poor english. Apparently, I didn't make my question clear.
Please allow me using an example to explain my question.

Right now, (I'm typing the post.), I press ctrl+n, I will get a new window with my home page www.google.com (I set it up at Edit->Preferences->Generel). But I like have the new window with this page instead of my home page. You know the IE and Mozilas always give me the new window with the current page when I press ctrl+n.

Thanks again.
