Only one account does not receive messages in postfix

Guys,
I am running postfix in a debian machine.
All of a sudden, a mailbox (quaresma) stopped receiving mail.
Is there a way to trace the message and see what is happenning?
For example, brgsousa mailbox is fine and quaresma is not.

/var/mail# ls -ld brgsousa
-rwxrwxr-x  1 brgsousa mail 26064 2009-03-05 10:17 brgsousa
/var/mail# ls -ld quaresma
-rwxrwxr-x  1 quaresma mail 0 2009-03-05 09:25 quaresma

well first take a look at /var/log/mail.log

in one console do tail -f /var/log/mail.log
in another one send a mail to that user...and see what postfix does with that email

postqueue -p may help
mailq also may help
