Old ATI drivers available?

Are older versions of ATI linux drivers available anywhere?

I tried to upgrade 8.14.13 to the latest 8.16.20 and the system hangs up every time i launch X. Now I've spent enough time with the issue and I am ready to give up. The problem is that I can't find those old drivers which worked perfecty for me anywhere.

Seems that they do not host the older versions. After I obtained 8.16.20 I removed any notion of older drivers because they were incompatible with Xorg 6.8.2. Use FTP search (did a quick http://www.filesearch.ru/cgi-bin/s?q...=f&w=a&x=0&y=0 and got lots of files )
