Ogle and libglade

Hello-- I just installed ogle using synaptic (mplayer is great but I've used ogle on a previous install and prefer it for DVDs) and am getting the following error:

Error during dlopen: libglade.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

when I try to run it.

I DO have libglade installed-- I downloaded the most current tarball and compiled it. Evidently ogle is looking for it in the wrong place. I did a little search and found that I have a file called libglade-2.0.so.0 in /usr/lib but no libglade.so.0.

So, how can I tell ogle to use the 2.0 file?

Thanks very much,
David

Sorry, but *bump*

Alternatively, if there is a way to get mplayer to show me the menus, that would be fine, too.
