Encoding ogg files

Hi there... I'm looking for a linux software to replace dbPowerAMP music converter. i know I can run dbpoweramp using wine but still I would like a native program. I googled but so far I couldn't find anything. Do you guys know of a nice GUI for oggenc or something similar?

Thanks
