Offline package installation on Fedora 20

I would like suggestions for adding packages to a Fedora 20 box offline. The box is in a lab with no internet access. I can get to the internet from a Windows machine upstairs. I can only move software between the two with CD. From another thread, I see that it is possible to change a cache setting for yum, so that it will record all packages and dependencies downloaded. So if I had another linux box on the internet... Just wondering if others had different solutions?
Thanks,
John

You could download the repository you would like, then copy it to the machine, and have yum set up to look for packages locally.

The Fedora repo contains about 20,000 packages.

However, a DVD set is available https://www.osdisc.com/products/linux/fedora
→ "Fedora 20 Software Repository - 10 DVD Set (PC)" (32bits).
