Arrow Odd Apache Problem

I have been having a problem with accessing sites on my linux server, I have a linux server set up at an isp and it hosts about 5 sites right now, I can get to all of them fine where the problem is and it happens with all the sites is if I type in http://www.lakewoodlighthouse.org/InfoCentral it tries to go to http://http://4.18.7.6/InfoCentral/

but if I type in http://www.lakewoodlighthouse.org/InfoCentral/ it goes to the correct page, this happens on any subdirectory I reference on the server, I will post part of the httpd.conf below:

------------------------------------------------------------

<VirtualHost 4.18.7.7>
DocumentRoot /home/web/sites/krazyquilts.com
ServerName http://4.18.7.7
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/web/sites/krazyquilts.com/cgi-bin
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost 4.18.7.6>
DocumentRoot /home/web/sites/lakewoodlighthouse.org
ServerName http://4.18.7.6
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/web/sites/lakewoodlighthouse.org/cgi-bin/
CustomLog /home/web/sites/lakewoodlighthouse.org/logs/access_log "combined"
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost 4.18.7.8>
DocumentRoot /home/web/sites/chat
ServerName http://4.18.7.8
</VirtualHost>

------------------------------------------------------------------

If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them, thanks.

The ServerName directive should only contain a host or IP address, not a URL. I've never put "http://" in the ServerName so I don't know if this would cause this behavior or not.

Ok that seems to be heading in the right direction, it is working fine it seems from a linux machine but in windows when I go to http://www.lakewoodlighthouse.org/InfoCentral it comes up page cannot be displayed, but if I put in http://www.lakewoodlighthouse.org/InfoCentral/ it works fine, I am restarting apache after each change too, is there any other changes I need to do to this config? Thank you for the help so far.
