nvtv with non-root user
 

If I try to run nvtv without being logged in as root I get this:

You are attempting to run "nvtv" which may benefit from administrative
privileges, but more information is needed in order to do so.
Password for root:

What I want is to allow all users to use nvtv, how do I change this?
