Nvidia Drivers won't install after enabling FUSE in kernel

I recompiled my kernel to enable FUSE so I could use ntfs-3g, just built it into the kernel and that was my only adjustment and now when I run the same Nvidia Installer I had used at least 3x this week compiling in other stuff I had forgotten about on the initial run it suddenly won't work anymore.

I'm running gentoo kernel sources 2.6.25-r7 ... i've never had a problem before, so weird, it's probably something simple i'm overlooking.

here's the nvidia log.

note: try not to solve problems at 4am.
I was trying to install an old version of the nvidia drivers, not the new package i had been using...problem solved, heh..see it was something simple...
