ntpd

Hello forums,
I have a problem synchronizing my local workstations with a server running ntpd.
Server, with ip 192.168.0.2 has a runing ntpd,
here's its ntp.conf:

server ntp1.balt.net
restrict 192.168.0.0 mask 255.255.255.0
restrict 127.0.0.1 mask 255.255.255.255

ntpd is running ok, - it synchronizes server.

but if I try to synchronize another workstation:
ntpdate 192.168.0.2
it gives the folowing error:
11 Nov 09:50:55 ntpdate[11364]: no server suitable for synchronization found

Can't realise what's a problem...

Both (client and server) systems uses debian linux.
No firewall.
