NTP update failed in RAC nodes


In our 2 RAC Servers ntp is failing.
Linux Kernel :- 2.6.9-78.EL
Kindly help me..
error mesg :- ntpdate[23403]: no server suitable for synchronization found

What servers do you have defined in your ntp.conf ?
See the list on the right side choose area and take the addresses you need.
Maybe you don't have port 123 UDP opened in your firewall ?

In ntp.conf file we have mentioned our ntp server IP address 10.6.63.51

UDP Port is opened in firewall.
It was running fine now only issue started .
