ntp problem,,,

Hi,

I use Gentoo Linux .

So emerging things are getting too much in my computer usage,,,

Anywayz,

To get clock adjusting working it's required to get ntp packages all installed in the system .

So I tried to search for those ntp packages by the following famous emerging command :

#emerge -s ntp

I found 2 of them,

one of them is about the whole ntp

The other is about ntp policy or something similer,

I've tried to emerge all of them

The ntp one (only ntp) worked very cool and now is completely installed

about the other one (ntp policy "required") is still not working.

I tried to emerge it but when it's about to get done it gives all of this (And sorry for showing it all) :

* This is the base policy for SELinux on Gentoo. This policy
* package only covers the applications in the system profile.
* More policy may need to be added according to your requirements.

* It is STRONGLY suggested that you evaluate and merge the
* policy changes. If any of the file contexts (*.fc) have
* changed, you should also relabel.

* Please check the Changelog, there may be important information.

* Caching service dependencies... [ ok ]>>> sec-policy/selinux-base-policy-20040225 merged.

>>> clean: No packages selected for removal.

>>> emerge (4 of 4) sec-policy/selinux-ntp-20031101 to /
>>> md5 src_uri ;-) selinux-ntp-20031101.tar.bz2
>>> Unpacking source...
>>> Unpacking selinux-ntp-20031101.tar.bz2 to /var/tmp/portage/selinux-ntp-20031101/work
>>> Source unpacked.
* Backup of policy source is "200403252318-selinux-ntp.tar.bz2".

>>> Install selinux-ntp-20031101 into /var/tmp/portage/selinux-ntp-20031101/image/ category sec-policy
man:
prepallstrip:
strip:
>>> Completed installing into /var/tmp/portage/selinux-ntp-20031101/image/

>>> Merging sec-policy/selinux-ntp-20031101 to /
--- /etc/
--- /etc/security/
--- /etc/security/selinux/
--- /etc/security/selinux/src/
>>> /etc/security/selinux/src/policy-backup/
>>> /etc/security/selinux/src/policy-backup/200403252318-selinux-ntp.tar.bz2
--- /etc/security/selinux/src/policy/
--- /etc/security/selinux/src/policy/domains/
--- /etc/security/selinux/src/policy/domains/program/
>>> /etc/security/selinux/src/policy/domains/program/ntpd.te
--- /etc/security/selinux/src/policy/file_contexts/
--- /etc/security/selinux/src/policy/file_contexts/program/
>>> /etc/security/selinux/src/policy/file_contexts/program/ntpd.fc

* Policy has not been loaded. It is strongly suggested
* that the policy be loaded before continuing!!

* Automatic policy loading can be enabled by adding
* "loadpolicy" to the FEATURES in make.conf.

* Caching service dependencies... [ ok ]>>> sec-policy/selinux-ntp-20031101 merged.
>>> Recording sec-policy/selinux-ntp in "world" favorites file...

>>> clean: No packages selected for removal.

>>> Auto-cleaning packages ...

>>> No outdated packages were found on your system.

* GNU info directory index is up-to-date.

,,,_____________________________________________________________,,,

So what to do,,?

What I've got understood from all of this is adding the loadpolicy feature to the FEATURES section in the file make.conf .

I couldn't understand how to do it yet,

If anyone can help me doing that... then it's going to be (OH MY GOD)

Any help will be appreciated .

PLEASE HELP

GABBOSS

Ba'ByeS!!
