Wink NTP


hi,i want to know how many ip server's should be in step-tickers file?the cofiguration of my ntp.conf has two ip that belongs to 2 ntp server.one is the main and the other is the peer.I insert only te main in the step-tickers.my question is that is main IP enough or I should add both?
my configuration in ntp.conf is like as below:
restrict default ignore
server 10.0.0.49 maxpoll 12 prefer
server 10.0.4.55 maxpoll 12
server 127.127.1.0
fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 10
restrict 10.0.0.49 nomodify notrap noquery
restrict 10.0.4.55 nomodify notrap noquery
restrict 127.127.1.0
restrict 127.0.0.1
driftfile /var/lib/ntp/drift
