ns2 installation

hi
i am trying to install ns2 on my pc on which red hat enterprise edition has been installed .i have downloaded ns-allinone-2.31 package .when i untar it is & install by using ./install command it continuously shows "makefile has been modified "can anybody suggest me way out from this?

Have you checked the dependencies too?

http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/ns-build.html

The ns-allinone choice may include software versions not compatible with your EE release.
Try with EE dev packages first and then the basic ns install.

thanks i have tried on Red Hat Linux 9 version & installation is successful
