NS2 EURANE & Evalvid

I am trying to simulate streaming video in UMTS through NS2-35.
I want to combine EURANE and Evalvid. Now I has installed EURANE and can run some simple examples. But I could not install Evalvid as well.
I want to run below scenario. Could you help me, please?
