Not a valid link.
To create a shared link, you will have to open 'Dropbox Website'.
Then point to the file, click share →
in the dialog: click `Create a link´, and `copy link´
... Then copy-paste the link to your post here.
Your "different output": Should be, if it's still your "edited-wimax1.tcl".
Your "l2handover.tcl" output : OK.
But please remember you will often get a reduced / a worse result with Ubuntu.
Please compare with my result, and decide for yourself.
