"Not replacing deleted config file /etc/apache/modules.conf" WTFN?
 

Why, oh why, would apache NOT replace a missing file? Do the packages no longer have it? Did elves put it there? Do I need to find them to put it back?

This boggles my mind. What shall I do now? The idea of patching it back together from other places, fragments at a time, instills anything but confidence.
