noob question on firefox - right click problem on FC3
Hi all,
Here is my config OS: FC3 WM: GNOME browser: firefox 1.02 I installed FC3 into my laptop with all the default options set. When I start firefox, it seems that everything is fine, except that when I right-click the mouse, there is no short-cut menu. I do all the update with 'yum' and the problem is still here. What should I do? hack the about:config? if so, would you please show me where in the config I should tweek? Or should I download the package from mozilla.org and install it again? Robonoob - a true :newbie: |
u can give a try to the firefox from mozilla.org
that will be worth giving a try aslo does that right click work from the keyboard regards |

hmm..... You mean I should goto mozilla.org, download and reinstall firefox? Is this the only way? What if I use yum to remove the package and install it again? If this still got problem, does it mean that the firefox package for FC3 in the repository has bugs? Or did I set somethings wrong in FC3, like having some 'important' libraries removed without my knowledge? Or is it true that firefox, which came with FC3 iso, is broken on the right click? By the way, the right click does work from the keyboard. |
