Noob's mail server problem

I want that my mails sent from server1 be delivered to server2 inside our LAN, but the mails go out to our ISP's mail relay, instead, then come back with 'Recepient address rejected: Domain not found' errors.

What is misconfigured?

This is the greatest forum I've ever seen:

I ask a question, and I can bet the problem will be solved in a few days - on my own...

So here is the solution:
I included the following line in mailertable:

pollux.foo.bar smtpollux.foo.bar

and voila, the mails are delivered correctly.
