sometimes when i try to install something from an rpm with red hat 9 i double click on it and i enter the root password it checks for dependencies then just quits. i try to install it from command line and i get an error about NOKEY XXXXXX. then iusually download the source version and compile it. what does NOKEY XXXXXX mean? i couldnt even get APT to install without this problem
