When you start the installed program does not appear in the window of the program while the icon is visible. The program operates as if in the background, because you can hear the sound of the program. How to fix it.

I marked the switching workspaces - have not been cleared.
Now the window shows up next to the windows folder where the file is executable. So you see two windows side by side, but the text hardly visible. It follows from this that the program starts up and working properly.

As previously I wrote the program to work properly. After updating the system no longer display window, but the icon of an open program is active. Perhaps coincidence update accidental. Do you mean one particular program, or ALL similar programs?

What precisely are you trying to achieve?

I do screenshots. It will be more understandable.
But how to insert a photo on page ?.

Take your screenshots and save them to your Desktop so they are easy to find.

Type your reply in the text box as usual.

Then scroll down to Additional Options > Attach files > click on Manage Attachments.

The click on Browse, find your first screenshot and then (normally) click on Open.

Then click on Upload.

Repeat for further screenshots.

When properly open a file should be only the screen with a blue background.
Window with blue screen should be visible central main screen without the window on the left side. Before updating the system was properly. After updating the system it is like in the screenshot.

It seems that the problem has been resolved - for now.
The system settings -> Screen
It was:
Built-in Display
changed to:
The same image on all monitors.
Now the program opens correctly. At the center of the desktop screen only my program.
