You need to go back and read what knowing people have posted, for DHCP to work, you need to configure it. What ever access point your are using has everything to do with it.

My problem isnt about dhcp, but about the wifi and bluetooth symbols not showing up in the system tray

The applet that shows up in the system try on my system is called 'nm-applet'. That may be the same, or different on Manjaro. Have you got that applet? If not, you will have to consult the Manjaro docs to find out what applet they provide, and start it.

You can determine the status of any link with the ip command. There is an extensive man page, and lots of examples online.
