no vid driver for xine


im running gentoo on a 64 bit amd and i had xine working before but i had to reinstall gentoo and now the only version that will compile is the masked 1.0 version of xine-lib and when i try to start xine it comes up for a sec and then goes away and tells me there areno available video drivers and when i do xine --help under availavle vid drivers it says none. can anyone tell me what sgoing on?
