Unhappy No sound, using ADI AD 1980 audio


I recently install RedHat 8.0 into my computer. But the sound doesn't work.
As a beginner of Linux, I don't know what cause such problem.
I use a on board sound card (the motherboard is ASUS P4V8X-X).

When I click the "SoundCard Detection" button, it shows the following information:

But when I click "Volume Control" button, it shows an error message:

I was not able to open your audio device.
Please Check that you have permission to open /dev/mixer and make sure you have sound support compiled into your kernel.

As a beginner, I don't know whether my system have sound support compiled in kernel. Here is a boot list of my system:
