No module sata_nv found for kernel

I get this error when trying to mkinitrd on kernel 2.6.14.2-ck5 - has anybody else had this issue? The kernel itself compiles ok....just can't mkinitrd

Fedora Core 4. Does this error mean that the module sata_nv wasn't built during kernel compilation? I asked for it to be built as a module.
