No Login after Novatium Server Software

Hi everyone. There is one problem that i made a fresh installation of SUSE Linux Enterprise 10 SP2 (Novell). It is working fine. But when i install this software called Novatium server, then no one can login through Graphical interface. Not even root. But there is no problem in logging through tty.
Can anybody suggest me what the problem can be?

No idea as I don't know what the software entails (package names?) or what the installation did ('rpm -q packagename --scripts'?). You could also verify your installation and see if any /etc configuration file checksums changed and take it from there. If there's errors or restrictions there might be something in your system logs.
