Post No JPEG Background Image in KDE

I am using Debian/Woody with KDE3.1.
I deinstalled libqt3 in error, and after reinstall there is no Background Image in KDE an at the grafik-login anymore. In google in found this:

How can i do this, I installes libqt3 with apt-get. Do I have to compile it myself, or is it possible to do this witd dpkg?
