No configure file.


Hello guys , i want to know how to install this irc client. http://www.vanheusden.com/fi/ .
There is no configure file , and the web doesnt provide any guide to install. Anyone who using it or have experience with such a file , please drop by and guide me , and others who can make use it. THank you.

note : i want to know how to install "THIS" file , please dont suggest me any other client since i'm just want to learn install such a file.

$ tar -zxf fi-0.0.18.tgz
$ cd fi-0.0.18
$ make
