Ninja fails in installing LLVM-7.0.1

I'm installing BLFS 8.4 Everytime I build LLVM, Ninja fails with 'internal compiler error: Segmentation fault' at different points.

But, there is something common in every error i.e. " /utils/TableGen/ ___ .cpp"
For example the errors are about DAGISelMatcherEmitter.cpp or GlobalISelEmitter.cpp

Please help!

Another time an error occurred in /lib/Support/ThreadPool.cpp
That means it fails at various .cpp files
