New to LDAP administration and installation

I am working on a Debian Wheezy system. I installed LDAP and phpLDAPadmin. I cannot connect to LDAP via phpLDAPadmin. I get the login screen, but it continues to say the password for admin is incorrect. I have ran through reconfiguring LDAP a couple of times where it prompts me for the password, but when I return to phpLDAPadmin, I still get the same problem. Any ideas?
