Question NETWORKing TOOLS


CAN SOMEBODY RECOMMEND ME SOME GOOD STUFF FOR NETWORKING TOOLS.. MEANT, SCANNERS, AND STUFF LIKE THAT...

IS THERE ANY APP, SIMILAR TO LANGUARD NETWORK SECURITY SCANNER FOR LINUX ?

I used to use Languard security scanner in Shitty Window$ O.S but now i'm migrating to Linux, so I would like to now lots of things

Is there someone who know lots about networking security.. i have found some good stuff in some web pages... But i do not know how to solve those vulnerabilities....

If your looking for a scanner to scan for open ports, check out or use nmap.

Check out our Security forum, as we have unSpawn, probably knows more about security than I know the back of my hand.

PS. Also you might want to refrain from using all CAPS, it comes off to some as your yelling. Thanks.

maybe portman (is it?) can do that scan open ports.
