Network Mount Google Drive on Kubuntu 16.04

I have recently installed Fedora 24 on a virtual machine and was delighted to find that once I had completed the on-line account settings for Google I could then access my Google Drive as a networked file system, both reading and writing files/directories. Wonderful!

I would like to have the same functionality under Kububtu 16.04 (Xenial) which I use each day, but looking at the Fedora system I cannot see how it has been implemented and/or what software has been used. I don't need any synchronization facility. Has anyone managed to achieve this on (K)Ubuntu, and if so how was it done?

At a later date, I'd also like to mount my MS onedrive account as a network drive, so any help with this would also be appreciated.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction!
