I have the mplayer plugin to watch video online, but it only works for mozilla so how do I set it up so that it will work with netscape? In other words, how do I point netscape to the plugin?
No idea if it works in netscape but if it does you can just copy, or preferably create a symlink to, the plugin in the mozilla plugins directory, normally /usr/local/mozilla/plugins for example to the equivalent netscape folder. if you can't find them, try search your system for "nullplugin.so" and you *should* get hits for both locations.
I'm trying to get Mplayer to take over most of my plugins in Phoenix. Where exactly are the Mplayer plugins? I've been looking around in the Mplayer folder and I can't find any .so files.
