Angry Netscape plugins

I have downloaded and installed the RealPlayer8 & Acrobat plugin for Netscape, however when I try to listen to streaming audio or open a pdf it does not work. RealPlayer gives me an error and Acrobat tries to download it first then open it in acrobat not the browser.

When I go to Netscape and check to to see what plugins I have installed it just shows the plugins that came with netscape (shockwave, etc.). When I go to the control center and scan for new plugins where I installed them and look at the plugin tab it shows everything that I installed. Weird huh!

How do I get netscape to recognize the plugins?
