netbeans 6.9 source folder issues relating to a LAMP installation
 

hi,
installing a lamp package today, using netbeans 6.9 IDE, configuration was never my strong point and I've been out of the game a few years so a bit rusty...when I run my test file I get a 404...my source path does not seem to be right..
my browser is looking in /var/www for the file but netbeans has it going to folder in my local folder...I have tried to make the /var/www a source folder or even a copy to folder but I think its a read only folder, after i followed this configuation guidelines site

I completed that page but when I tried to run a test page....404

any ideas?
