Netatalk killing my Mac

I have netatalk installed on my RedHat server. I had it working until I went into the AppleVolumes.default file and changed the location of where to share the files from. After that I rebooted my server. When it came back up I tried to mount a share on the Mac and it crashed it everytime. I tried about 5 different Macs and it still doesnt work. I then changed the location back to what it was before and it still doesnt work. Everything is loading correctly, but no go.
