Nessus 3.0.2 Sorry, this scanner seems to be using the plugin feed from another host

I have been tring to open nessusd -D on fedora 5 but keep on getting the following error.

[root@pangea plugins]# /opt/nessus/sbin/nessusd -D
nessusd (Nessus) 3.0.2. for Linux
(C) 1998 - 2006 Tenable Network Security, Inc.

Sorry, this scanner seems to be using the plugin feed from another host

I usally download the all.tar.gz file to the plugins dir vice using the plugin feed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated it.
