I am trying to install NEsGUI but I am failing because of 'netclass.h'.
I have the error report pasted below and the last 3 lines from shell as the installation fails can some one tell me what is missing.

This file contains any messages produced by compilers while
running configure, to aid debugging if configure makes a mistake.

configure:560: checking for a BSD compatible install
configure:613: checking whether build environment is sane
configure:670: checking whether make sets ${MAKE}
configure:716: checking for working aclocal
configure:729: checking for working autoconf
configure:742: checking for working automake
configure:755: checking for working autoheader
configure:768: checking for working makeinfo
configure:796: checking for gcc
configure:909: checking whether the C compiler (gcc ) works
configure:925: gcc -o conftest conftest.c 1>&5
configure:951: checking whether the C compiler (gcc ) is a cross-compiler
configure:956: checking whether we are using GNU C
configure:965: gcc -E conftest.c
configure:984: checking whether gcc accepts -g
configure:1018: checking for /usr/local/include/netclass.h
checking for /usr/local/include/netclass.h... no
configure: error: cannot find netclass.h header file.
I hope you may notice that I am using Slackware... 9.1
