did anybody fixed this problem?
I have something simillar on a server (gateway) running samba, squid, apache and exim. Samba has it's own messages that I think are related to the kernel ones:

Code:
nmbd[14506]: Packet send failed to 172.16.95.255(138) ERRNO=No buffer space
while the kernel messages are:

Code:
kernel: Neighbour table overflow.
kernel: NET: 159 messages suppressed.
I have searhed the internet and have done the following (with no visible results):
- recompiled kernel without arpd daemon support;
- changed values of /proc/sys/net/ipv4/neigh/default/gc_thresh* up to 256, 1024, 2048
- my lo is up, and always was, so that's out
- ran out of ideas....

I am running Debian Sarge with linux-2.6.8-2-386 on my router/firewall/proxy and have the same problem. I try changing values of /proc/sys/net/ipv4/neigh/default/gc_thresh* and droping udp 1434 as pe2338 said but "neighbour table overflow" message continue. Does any one have yet a working solution?
Regarsd!
