Need to retrieve cached webpages from Firefox!

This is absolutely essential.

3 ex "House mates" of mine posted incriminating comments on their Bebo pages which the college could take action against them for, but unfortunately, they removed them. However, they should still be in my firefox cache as I haven't used it for a couple of weeks. Going to work offline won't let me view anything, how do I retrieve my temporary net files in Firefox?

If you didn't remove your cache by accident, it should be in ~/mozilla/firefox/xxxxxxxxx.default/Cache

where the x's varies from system to system. If you're using a file manager it won't be a problem to find the directory.

In the address field of firefox, type "about:cache"
(no quotes). You'll be able to see exactly what firefox has in cache
